We are looking for a candidate to work closely with the Quality Man年龄r and the Quality Inspectors to accomplish the goals set for the Quality Team and overall organization.

Supervise and lead quality inspectors and receiving Inspectors in daily production activities.
Clearly communicate daily production plans to the team, to coordinate inspection plan

Technical degree or certification in the field of aviation is preferred
3+ years of relevant work experience in aeronautical, structural assembly or manufacturing environment is required
2+ years of proven supervisory/ people leadership experience
AS or BS degree in advanced manufacturing, aeronautics or a related technical field is preferred
Experience working with ISO standards and quality requirements is required. 有AS9100环境工作经验者优先
